Welcome to my website!

I am an independent architect based in Stuttgart, Germany. Born here in 1974, I gained professional experience in the offices of internationally renowned architects including Eric Owen Moss in Los Angeles, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) in New York, and Peter Zumthor in Haldenstein, Switzerland. After sailing around the world, I founded my own practice in Stuttgart in 2017.

From the initial assessment of your needs and design development to planning approval and construction management, I offer a comprehensive range of architectural services. My work encompasses the transformation and extension of existing buildings as well as new construction.

Shaped by international experience and extensive travel, my approach to architecture is open, flexible, and attentive to different perspectives. A particular passion lies in transforming existing buildings and revealing the potential of seemingly ordinary structures. Giving them a new and meaningful identity is both the driving force and inspiration behind my work, reflecting my commitment to a forward-looking and sustainable approach to architecture.

Understanding my clients’ living environments and individual needs is central to my work. In close collaboration with clients, craftspeople, and consultants, I develop tailored solutions in which function, proportion, colour, light, and materials are carefully brought together. The result is a distinctive atmosphere and way of living. My architectural training allows me to integrate technical, practical, and artistic considerations throughout every project.
